TORONTO (Wednesday, February 10, 2016) – Cadillac will premiere the all-new, range-topping CT6 sedan at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto, expanding and elevating the brand’s portfolio. The 2017 XT5 will also be on display as the most important vehicle in Cadillac’s Canadian product lineup.

2015 was another record setting year for the brand in Canada, with sales increasing by 16 per cent year-over-year. Cadillac has now seen three consecutive years of growth in Canada with January sales surging 45 per cent year-over-year.
The Cadillac exhibit at the Canadian International Auto Show features the most advanced and first-of-its-kind Bose Panaray sound system experience. The system is designed exclusively for the top-of-the-line CT6 sedan and demonstrates the unbounded sound of 34 speakers, strategically positioned throughout the cabin to provide incredible clarity, precision and deep bass.
CT6 marks Cadillac’s long-awaited return to the global prestige luxury segment, and is one of eight all-new vehicles the brand will launch by the end of the decade as part of its $12-billion product investment to expand and elevate. Cadillac CT6 takes drivers to a higher threshold of involvement, with technologies that make them more aware of their surroundings, chassis systems – including active technologies – that make the most of control in all conditions, and powertrains led by an all-new Cadillac Twin Turbo engine that rewards with stirring power on demand. The first-ever 2017 Crossover Touring 5 (XT5) is a comprehensively upgraded luxury crossover and the cornerstone of a new series of crossovers in Cadillac’s ongoing expansion.
